Job Responsibilities:
  • Answers all inbound sales/accounts calls promptly, politely, and always in a professional manner and closes any possible sales and opportunities
  • Brings new business and creates more loyal customers to the company by being consistent in providing a Best in World service
  • Establishes a strong and long-term relationship with all our customers to help in achieving our goal in becoming the most trusted online solutions provider
  • Meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations by going extra mile when necessary, provided that the assistance given is in line with our company policies
  • Helps customers in achieving their online goals by effectively asking questions to discover their real needs and ensures to offer accurate and best products or services possible
  • Deals with all forms of inquiries politely and professionally and always keeps the company’s reputation front of mind
  • Manages difficult customer situations in a professional manner
  • Documents all types of calls, emails or chat accurately and timely
  • Answers incoming calls, emails or chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Responds promptly to the needs of the customer and provides the best solutions to any issues
  • Responds to Sales emails and Sales/Account calls accurately and in a professional and timely manner
  • Escalates serious issues, having the ability to prioritize these without any panic
  • Communicates with our customers effectively and in a manner that’s understandable
  • Communicates and coordinates effectively with other team members and internal departments
  • Accepts customer feedback and uses this to improve self and customer service
  • Verifies the customer first at all times before giving out information on both phone and email
  • Answers tickets as promptly as possible based on the given target response time or SLA
  • Avoids having overdue tickets and always put notes in case the issue gets escalated
  • Harmoniously works together with colleagues, leaders, management, and other staff within the company
  • Must hit Monthly Sales targets (both New Registration and Total Sales)
  • Meets or exceeds the daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Must have completed at least 2 years in College
  • Must have at least 1 year of Sales experience
  • Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft software (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Must have strong customer skills and be able to build rapport
  • Must be a lateral thinker and solution provider
  • Must be open minded and willing to learn
  • Must be committed to working hard and have competitive spirit
  • Must be confident and has the ability to comprehend and interpret customer information
  • Must be positive, strong, and eager to take challenges
  • Must be a team player and ready to take oneself to the next level
  • Must be self-motivated, career driven, results-oriented, and customer focused
  • Must be open for changes and willing to learn
  • With uncapped commissions.
