Job Description:
  • Taking calls according to policies, procedures, and standards with defined quality
  • Handling customer's concerns, queries, and complaints
  • Staying updated with company policies and procedures
  • Keeping company information secured and confidential
Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduates
  • Must have at least 6 months BPO experience 
  • Good English communication skills
  • Can work in graveyard/shifting schedules
  • Work-On-Site (Cebu)
  • Location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu City or GAGFA Tower, Mabolo, Cebu City or IT PARK, Cebu City
  • Head count needed: 50
