TALENT SUPERVISOR
 
Requirements:
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills. 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Wiling to work on shifting schedule and must be amenable to work US hours occasionally (to facilitate client interviews and conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports on the night shift schedule). 
  • Must have experience and/or in-depth knowledge on current trends in the IT/ Software Development industry. 
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience working with foreign clients (US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc). 
  • Has the ability to build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Must possess a sense of urgency and initiative in dealing with requisitions.
  • Hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process is an advantage. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Lead a team of client facing employees 
  • Negotiate job offers with candidates 
  • In-charge of assigned area for the team 
  • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings 
  • Manage performance of employees under supervision 
  • Responsible for team and client retention 
  • Train team to interface with other departments 
  • Formulate training plans for "bench" developers 
  • Responsible for sourcing upsell opportunities 
  • Communicate directly with Hiring Managers and US based clients to discuss needs.
  • Coordinate with US Account Manager/Sales staff to create job descriptions for various IT related positions. 
  • Assess candidate’s skills, knowledge, and experience and match with client’s requirements. 
  • Arrange and facilitate candidate interviews with clients. 
  • Update applicant tracking system on a daily basis 
  • Take full responsibility in the daily management of requisitions 
  • Work with the Account Manager/Business Development Executives in managing candidate and client expectations and filling positions as quickly as possible.
