The Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development (Sales) Manager to  represent one of our industry leading brands when it comes to the disinfecting, sanitizing, and cleaning  industry, Decon 7 (D7). 
Our Principal – Decon 7  
Newly introduced to the Filipino market, Decon 7 (D7) is a patented, EPA registered disinfectant, food  contact surface sanitizer, deodorizer, and chemical cleaner. Utilizing cutting-edge developments in  chemical science, D7 capitalizes on the natural cleaning power of hydrogen peroxide, penetrating and  disarming toxins at a molecular level. This specialized formula penetrates and eliminates pathogenic  bacteria and viruses, sanitizing down to the molecular level to prevent future outbreaks. 
Reporting to: VP For Sales  
Salary Level: Php50,000 starting basic (with commissions that can go as high as Php150k-200k) Incentives: To be discussed on hiring 
Job Description: 
As a Business Development (Sales) Manager for GRB Enterprises, you will be responsible for introducing  and educating existing clients on the benefits of Decon 7 (D7), as well as prospecting and developing  relationships with new clients. With practical application to industries such as food production, public  safety, military/law enforcement, hotel and hospitality, there is tremendous growth and earning opportunity  available to a qualified candidate. 
In addition to a generous salary and benefits package, the Business Development (Sales) Manager  representing Decon 7 will have a significant and uncapped monthly commission opportunity that reflects  the achievement of sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Leads the Decon 7 sales team in the promotion, sales and marketing of the Companies products in  the Philippine Market  
  • Liaises with Decon 7’s Team Representative/s to concur on business structure, distribution system,  territory management and sales growth targets. 
  • Prepares and submits pertinent reports necessary for business monitoring and achievement of sales  growth. 
  • Looks for other business opportunities to expand existing business portfolio.
  • Reviews and approves proposal/business contract with existing and potential clients.
  • Assists Technical Sales Representatives in effectively handling key accounts, account management 
  • Monitors sales activities of all Technical Sales Representatives/Account Executives
  • Assists team in the conduct of sales negotiation. 
  • Monitors competitor movement and activities. 
  • Conceptualizes, formulates, and implements marketing programs to increase market share within  the assigned territory. 
  • Designs and leads products launching activities, educational seminars, exhibits and trade shows
  • Assists customer in the actual performance of parallel tests in the microbiological analyses of  laboratory samples. 
  • Conducts periodical coaching of Sales Representatives/Technical Sales and make sure their skills  are at par with the market 
  • College Degree holder in either Engineering or Business-related course  
    • Master’s Degree is highly advantageous  
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a Business Development or Sales Manager
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a sales team in achieving targets
  • Keen organizational expertise ensuring financial targets are achieved through effective territory  management and employee performance monitoring. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating successful customer relationship  management.  
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to easily gain product knowledge. 
  • Proficient in communication and presentation skills both in Filipino and English.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint necessary to complete duties.
  • Knowledge in CRM such as Netsuite is highly advantageous.  
  • Driving skills to ensure efficient territory coverage.
