We are looking to hire a committed Virtual Assistant to work for an Australian client that specializes in management rights and strata hotel sales. Someone who is detail-oriented and has a customer-focused approach would be an excellent candidate for the role. This is for a DAYSHIFT Australian account - Saturdays and Sundays off!
 
Responsibilities:
  • Process inquiries from phone calls and emails
  • Ensure all listings are up-to-date
  • Investigate and resolve queries from customers
  • Give accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding the services available while offering a range of moving solutions appropriate to their business needs
  • Make accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
  • Upload notes from follow up calls in CRM and input information on clients
  • Prepare and report on goals, sales and prospects
  • Follow up on leads generated by other departments
  • Set up meetings with potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in email blasts
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must have proven years of experience in Real Estate Management, Property Listing or any similar role.
  • Experience in Finance Brokerage, Immigration Consultancy is a plus but not required
  • Excellent English communication skills - oral and written
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent teamwork skills, creative and adaptive
  • Work in a dynamic environment in which all requirements are not always well defined
  • Equally at-ease working independently or in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to multiple platforms and systems to be utilized
