Our current residential projects and property offerings cater to all market segments: from high-end gated communities (MONTERITZ CLASSIC ESTATES, THE GARDENS AT SOUTH RIDGE) to middle-income and socialized housing developments (VILLA ALEVIDA INDANGAN, CATALUNAN SOUTH POINTE HOMES, CRESTVIEW HOMES MINTAL, ALTEZZA GRANDE). Our new major commercial project, THE TOWN PLAZA AT MONTERITZ, is poised to become Davao's newest commercial landmark and will break ground before year-end. UEDI is composed of a team of highly motivated and passionate individuals leading the company through its ambitious current expansion phase.
What you need to succeed:
  • College graduate;
  • Must have at least three (3) years of meaningful work experience in general human resources functions and personnel management, especially in recruitment. Additional experience in the following make you a prime candidate: training, coaching, and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, general administrative works, policies orientation and disciplinary action, personnel documentation, and/or other related functions;
  • Must be eager to work directly under the top management of the Company;
  • Applicants who have previously worked for real estate developers and those with knowledge and familiarity with the operations and/or activities of real estate developers or construction companies will be given top priority;
  • Must be very resourceful and have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must be familiar with talent searching/ headhunting functions and familiar with online and social media strategies to augment passive (advertorial) recruitment methods;
  • Must have superior written and verbal communication skills, must be outgoing and skilled at interpersonal interaction, and must be able and willing to transact out of the office as necessary.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills;
  • Must have superior ability in using all Microsoft Office programs and skilled in using the internet and social media as a tool and resource;
  • Must be a fast learner and able to contribute immediately to the Company upon hiring with minimal training;
  • Must be familiar with and apply best practices and strategies in recruitment, personnel management, and employee engagement and retention.
Responsibilities will Encompass:
  • Recruitment functions across all departments: job market branding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checking, and hiring of candidates for the Company’s various headcount requirements for the company’s various real estate project operations;
  • Orientation, monitoring, evaluation, and support for newly hired and existing employees;
  • Downstream to fellow employees of the Company’s culture, mission, vision, and top priorities;
  • Recommendations and policy creation and implementation for employee incentivization, organizational structuring, employee retention, and work-life balance
  • Distribution of information and enforcement of the company’s rules and policies, and enforcement and monitoring of all disciplinary action
  • The arrangement of employee training and team building activities, employee evaluation and feedback activities, general assemblies, and various corporate events;
  • Attrition management and complete personnel documentation and file management
Compensation and Benefits: 
  • Initial salary range of 25,000-35,000, depending on actual experience upon hiring, with periodic salary increases depending on fit to the organization and performance
  • 14th month pay, additional performance- and tenure-based incentives and bonuses, mid-year bonuses, additional paid leaves, medical insurance (Maxicare) upon regularization, and other benefits will be given.
