- Minimum of one (1) year of Technical Support Team Lead experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical background with excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Must have hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
- Prefers someone with SQL experience.
- Available to start immediately.
- Provide above-and-beyond service to customers, assisting with all technical and product-related queries.
- Become an expert in service offerings and a knowledge center for both customers and internal teams.
- Lead ad-hoc projects to improve service and increase the productivity and efficiency of the team.
- Document and share your knowledge by creating internal articles as well as self-help guides for customers.
- Liaise with other departments and product teams about our users’ needs.
