We are located at the heart of Cebu City, the second largest metropolitan area in the Philippines by population, economy and land area - a significant center of commerce, trade, tourism, and education. Conveniently situated at the Mango Square building, VBP has 3 operating offices covering a total workspace of 3,088sqm. Since 2019, VBP's information Security Management System is certified according to ISO 27001:2013. In addition, in 2021, VBP has officially become Great Place To Work™ certified.

David Carney (CEO and co-founder) brings over 25 years experience growing financial services businesses. A Certified Financial Planner, DC has the depth and experience of a practitioner. While as a Gazelles Certified business coach, DC has advised many of the leading financial advice businesses.

David Deegan (Director of Innovation and co-founder) shares a financial services and coaching pedigree. An E-Myth Mastery Coaching graduate, DD supported clients with a focus on business systems, processes and solutions to create growth.

VBP practices distributed leadership, confidently establishing capabilities throughout the teams - from the Executive, Senior Leaders, Line Managers to self-leading frontline Team Members.
