Responsibilities:
 
The main role of the Customer Service Representative is to efficiently provide an outstanding customer experience and resolution through expert analysis of end-users concern.
  • Be passionate about the service; and enjoy working in a consultative service environment.
  • Be results-oriented; and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Professionally and efficiently answer calls
  • Provide accurate information to end-users pertaining to Premium Services and how it works
  • Process claims, knows how to negotiate and make precise judgements on every call
  • Assisting end-users to cancel their subscriptions
  • Ad-hoc requests as needed by the customer
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
  • Clear speaking voice 
  • At least a year of Email, Voice and Chat experience
  • Experience in bills processing - refunds, general inquiries, multiple client portals
  • Familiar with Telco and mobile subscriptions
  • Willing to work the mid shift schedule
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent command of the English language with neutral or Australian/UK accent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to speak in a polite and friendly manner to customers and potential customers with strong active listening skills
  • Have a positive attitude to win and wow callers
  • Energetic and bubbly personality
  • Willing to work the mid-shift
  • Can start ASAP
