  • Work in close liaison with HR and Recruitment Departments
  • Conduct background investigations on candidates who pass the initial interview
  • Monitor status of trainees and track their requirements
  • Make constant follow ups with department managers and supervisors to check on the trainees’ status
  • Prepare IDs for new hires
  • Maintain trackers and keep records updated
  • Performs other duties of a similar nature/level or as may be assigned by superiors from time-to-time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
  • Must have at least 1 year of related experience
  • Candidates with third-party background investigation experience highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can work under pressure and can maintain positive and professional attitude towards handling employee feedback and concerns
  • Must be keen to details
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work full time on-site
  • Willing to work on holidays
