SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
 
JOB SUMMARY:
 
Overall responsible for developing and maintaining strategies and tools for effective marketing of the company’s products and services, as well as for the execution and monitoring of marketing and sales activities.
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify potential markets and market products to various businesses.
  • Conduct consumer survey and market research.
  • Responsible for hunting and acquiring of new clients through sales marketing activities in various platforms.
  • Lead the effort to drive brand awareness and customer demand.
  • Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives and for ensuring that these objectives are achieved in a timely fashion.
  • Ensures sales growth, customer retention, and profitability of the business through strategic planning and execution of marketing programs.
  • Develop short and long-term strategies and plans for demand generation, on-going market research, customer needs assessment, sales and inventory forecasting, and customer and sales history analysis.
  • Stay current on market standards, trends and practices and understand the impact thereof to the company’s business.
  • More importantly, willing to do field works to see and/or endorse products to clients personally.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least five (3-5) years of professional experience in marketing or any related field.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or commerce.
  • Must have strong skills in brand management, public relations, product advertising, retail marketing, digital marketing, consumer promotions, and sales planning and forecasting.
  • Knowledgeable in the planning and implementation of cost-effective sales promotions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be analytical, driven, inventive, and resourceful.
  • Outstanding skills in planning, organizing, and reporting.
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills.
  • Must have good understanding of mass markets to drive a growing business.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Must know how to drive a car.
