Need Ink Sales & Services is a service oriented company composed of dynamic IT, Engineers and Marketing Professionals dedicated in providing a quality Optimum Toner Cartridges and Services in laser printer, troubleshooting as well as desktop PC repair. The company has made its way to cater total IT Solutions as part of business diversification from structured cabling and network infrastructure supply.
 
Need Ink started as an ink refilling station and opened its 1st outlet on October 2003 at GMC Arcade Pajo Lapu Lapu City. After 3 months, the 2nd outlet was opened on January 2004 at N&N Arcade, Mandaue City.
 
Is currently looking for:
 
NATIONAL SALES HEAD
 
General Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, Administration or Management
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ related experience in Sales Management of consumable related products
  • Must have good understanding of mass markets to drive a growing business
  • Assertive ability to manage difficult situations
  • Motivation for sales, sales planning and managing processes
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sets and executes strategic plan to achieve sales target and oversee operations and expands customer base in new geographies.
  • Analyzes sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
  • Analyzes performance matrix, identifies potential challenges in sales management, provides feedback for improvements and conducts trainings to team members whenever needed.
  • Prepares sales budgets and manages expenses within the budgets.
  • Identifies resources, manage workload assignments and provides assistance whenever required.
  • Develops cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
  • Addresses customer queries and ensures customer satisfaction is met.
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
  • Work collaboratively across teams – including Product and Marketing
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
