Job Responsibility
  • Call customers back that have delated orders assist Manager with Creating training programs answer customer reviews that come from our E-commerce partners Assist Manager with parts monitoring
  • Assist Manager with any other duties that may come up.
Qualifications
  • Microsoft Excel Knowledge Required SAP Experience Preferred Salesforce Experience Preferred Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills Good Organizational & Interpersonal Skills Excellent power point skills Excellent English 
  • 2+ Years Phone Call Experience 1+ Year of Microsoft Excel Experience 1+ Year Experience with Eccomerce customer reviews *any marketing experience a bonus
