We are in need of a:

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

• Develop QA policies and procedures.

• Ensures proper implementation of Quality Assurance standards.

• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.

• Investigate on customer complaints and other non-conformance issues.

• Identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

• Develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions for pressing quality issues.

• Aid in identify training needs and interventions for departments in order to meet quality standards.

• Conduct regular quality audits.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience in the same capacity.

• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft applications like EXCEL and WORD.

• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and methodologies.

• Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills.

• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
