Position: SENIOR TENDERING ENGINEER

Duties & Responsibilities

Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provides sales support.
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales and arranging deliveries.
Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customer's technical requirements and needs.
Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
Support Sales Executives with solutions selling into prospect account base.
Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
Model financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
Successfully match customer pain/ requirements to proposed solutions.
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition. Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
Collect and document competitive intelligence.

Qualifications:

Candidate must a Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Electrical Engineer
With at-least 2 years work experience preferably in Construction.
Knowledgeable in Civil or Electrical Design (Foundation, Control Building, Etc.)
Highly organized and systematic, able to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and minimum supervision.
Able to multi-task effectively, highly organized, with good planning and prioritization system.
Keen attention to details, high commitment to quality output.
Team-oriented; proactive to help and care for the other members of the team.
