COMPANY NURSE

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse (full time) to join our team. As a Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to our employees, ensuring their well-being, and promoting a healthy work environment.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees in case of illness, injury, or accidents.
Assess and evaluate employee’s health conditions and provide appropriate medical advice.
Administer medications as prescribed.
Conduct health screenings and assessments for new employees.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees.
Collaborate with HRD to develop and implement health and safety programs.
Conduct health and safety training sessions and/or Health education for employees.
Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical services.
Assist/Support Company Physician and Company Dentist on duty.
Renders physical examination, first aid, and routine treatment.
Conducts Health Education and training/seminars.
Responsible for the evaluation of pre-employment examination.
Provides clerical support to various HRD functions.
Facilitates government claims and reports such as:
- Social Security System (SSS) Sickness, Maternity reporting
- DOLE monthly Health & Safety Occupational reports.
- And any other statutory concerns.
Assist Human Resources Department with organizing employee health records and other clinic related records and files in a way that is easily accessible.
Ensure that the Health & Safety Protocols at the workplace are adhered to by the employees.
Facilitate other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Must be a registered nurse.
Proven experience as a Company nurse or in a similar role.
Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety regulations. (OSHE)
Adaptable to shifting schedule and has ability to multi- task and can perform in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in computer applications related to medical record-keeping.
Excellent in writing and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
People oriented & a team player.
Preferably With OHNAP background and or BOSH training is an advantage.
