AREA SALES MANAGER

(Workbase: Davao City)

Job Description:

• Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the Sales force in his area to attain the Sales objectives.

• Initiating tactical plans together with the Key Accounts Specialist to ensure dominance in market penetration.

• Providing relevant market information so as to be able to formulate strategies to counter and compete in the market and thereby ensuring achievement of sales, market share and profitability.

• Ensuring 100% compliance to approved brand positioning as directed by the National Sales Manager and/or Vice President for Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course

• With at least 3 years of sales and managerial experience in FMCG (Key Accounts)

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint presentation)

• Knows how to drive (at least RC License #: 12)

• Willing to travel within South Mindanao
