PIPING SUPERINTENDENT

Assigned Area: Project Site

General Qualifications & Duties:

• Previous Construction Supervision experience required.

• With at least 5 years up of work experience in Construction.

• Represents the company and directly overseeing and responsible for the work performed by labors.

• Coordinating all activities within an active construction work area.

• Monitoring , verifies and reports on construction activities for compliance to the PM.

• Coordinate and interface effectively with other craft superintendents and subcontractors , staff personnel and leadership to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.

• Must have positive attitude and possess excellent motivational skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews.

• Willing to travel and relocate on as needed basis.

• Coordinate multi-discipline craft activities within a specific area of the project , or related crafts od a single discipline covering areas of the Project.
