SALES EXECUTIVE
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Presents and demonstrates Harley-Davidson products including after-sales services to prospects.
Manages prospects and/or clients using customer-focused selling techniques and cultivating stronger sales relationships through prospecting, lead follow-up, and relationship development.
Uses various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, emailing, product presentation, etc).
Evaluates customers’ requirements based on product range.
Maintains sales documentation to track performance to assist in future sales efforts.
Compiles and analyzes data to find trends in order to develop sales strategies.
Builds long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Handles complaints and negotiations.
Responds to external and internal queries.
Assists with preparing client presentations and proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any business-related course or any technical course.
Significant working experience as a Sales Executive in the Heavy/Transport Equipment/Bike Industry.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
