JOB DESCRIPTION

 

As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

 

RECRUITMENT AND ONBOARDING

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR

RELATED MATTERS

  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

HR ADMINISTRATION

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment Contracts, HR policies, and disciplinary notices.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Support employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities, to foster a positive work environment.

 

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist capacity. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration is highly valued.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino. Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with employees. Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy and professionalism.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ord, Excel, PowerPoint)
