MEPF Quantity Surveyor

MEPF QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• A graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• At least two (2) years of experience in Bids and Awards or Quantity Surveying

• Organized, trustworthy and Team player

• Critical thinker, sharp and intelligent

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS applications

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bid Documents and other requirements needed for bidding of each contract packages.

• Prepare invitation to Bid, Pre-bid presentations, Bid Evaluation and coordinates with Suppliers/Bidders all throughout the bidding process.

• Evaluates Bid Proposals and present recommendations to the management.

• Prepare Letter of Award, Notice to Proceed, Contractors and PO's for each awarded contract packages.

• Documents Contractor Accreditation and conducts necessary due diligence.
