We are looking for PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management and Development, Real Estate, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or any related field.

• Candidate must have a passion for the real estate industry and the initiative to add value to the position and to the properties.

• Preferably with experience in Statutory Compliance with the BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor's Office, LGUs and other government agencies.

• With good interpersonal skills.

• Must know how to drive and is willing to travel within and outside Cebu to engage in field assignments such as property management, renewal of business permit, payment of real property taxes and other business-related transactions.

• Any experience with accounting, finance or bookkeeping field is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Job Summary:

• The Property Administrator is responsible for the general administration, operations, renovation and repair works of all aspects of the Cebu Bionic Group Properties. The major task is to make sure that all properties remained valuable.
