YSU Marketing Corporation is hiring 1 Admin Supervisor.
 
1. Building / Facilities Repair and Maintenance
Janitorial Services
Coordinates with pests control service providers
Monitors aircon (A/C) regular cleaning / servicing schedule
Deploys Admin Team upon request of concerned CDO-based business units to do specific tasks, like:
CCTV connection in coordination with IT
Electrical repairs / installations as requested Fabrication / Installation of specific projects
General cleaning activities upon request and/or as scheduled
2. Security Services
Supervise security guards assigned and discuss security concerns
Ensures that assigned guards strictly follows SOP and general security measures imposed by the company at all times.
Conducts orientation of new deployed guard / reliever guard
3. Government / Regulatory Compliance
Attends to government entities conducting announced / unannounced inspections
Relays result of inspection, findings and citations (if any)
Canvass materials and/or secure quotations from at least 3 suppliers for materials to be procured and/or services to be engaged and submits the same to concerned department and/or approving authority.
Request check issuance from Accounting/Treasury as payment for materials purchased and/or services engaged.
4. Booking / Reservations
Secure / Book tickets of employees on OB trips to branches as well as guest/s upon request
Checks ticketing agency billing before forwarding to Accounting/Treasury for check processing
5. Garbage / B.O. Disposal
Upon request, assist B.O> In-charge for garbage/BO segregation and clean-up of B.O. area / material recovery facility (MRF) (c/o General Services personnel).
Upon request, garbage / B.O. disposal to dumping site (c/o General Services personnel)
Others
Coordinates / Aligns schedule of concerned Admin Team requested by owners for specific tasks at residence and/or other properties.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Graduate any 4-year year course
Thorough knowledge in MS Office
Good communication skills, spoken and written
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
