HR Supervisor

Is currently looking for:

HR SUPERVISOR

Salary Range: 25,000 - 30,000

Rest Day Schedule: Sunday

Time of Work: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Preferably with Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field required

• At least 6 years solid experience in HR field

• Well-versed in labor law HR best practices; manpower sourcing and placement; and performance management

• Ability to analyze complex labor relations issues and provide practical and effective solutions

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proven ability to handle and resolve conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage, track and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling and document preparation

• Co-coordinate and implement an effective on-boarding process for newly hired to include liaising with managers and other key stakeholders

• Facilitate proper implementations of HR policies, programs and practices, employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions

• Perform other HR-related functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
