CATERING MANAGER

 

Principal Duties:

  • In-charge of planning & managing catered events

  • Consulting with customers to determine their needs

  • Supervising staff that prepares food during an event, as well as serving it when needed.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate

  • 2-year experience on a similar capacity/industry

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation

  • Preparing menus

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Budgeting and maintaining inventory

  • Supervising staff and organizing staff schedule

  • Problem solver and attentive to details

  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
