CREDIT INVESTIGATOR

 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts personal and regular visits to new and old clients in order to identify old and current issues that may result in misunderstanding the company's standing credit policies.

  • Make property checking and skip tracing when an account becomes problematic that usually causes evading client’s due responsibilities.

  • Monitor client’s performance either bank or other trade suppliers handling which is a vital source of information and as the barometer in the approval of the account.

  • Negotiates with the client on settlement of check on hold, bounced check and past due account.

  • Takes part in important legal remedies and overall procedures resulting in filing of cases.

  • Follows the prescribed number of days for the evaluation of New Credit Applicants for Cebu based and provincial Customers.

  • Performs other related functional duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS-Accountancy, Business Management or any related course.

  • With credit investigation experience.

  • With Experience in handling court cases.

  • Willing to do field works.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.

  • Preferably has a Driver’s License (Code 1, 2).
