Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Honest and shall treat confidentiality with respect.

• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Computer literate

Job Descriptions:

• Paying bills

• Processing payments both outgoing and incoming

• Preparing a budget

• Maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, conducting internal audits, and maintaining accounts payable documentation

• Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software to post financial transactions accurately

• Handling petty cash fund

• Check billing statements of accounts

• Filing of vouchers and other accounting documents

• Check Issuance of Term purchases for Manufacturing

• Other related works to Accounts Payable
