PROPERTY ADMIN ASSISTANT

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Administrative Support

  • Assist the PA with all administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records of resident information, maintenance requests, and property expenses.

  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide clerical support to the assigned property management team.

  • Prepare, process, and archive various types of documentation and paperwork, including timesheets, family information sheets, requisition forms, and various agreements and contracts.

Technical Support

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for residential units and common areas. Schedule appointments with contractors and vendors, monitor work progress and ensure timely task completion.

  • Provide technical support to residents and maintenance staff for plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other issues.

  • Assist in troubleshooting problems, performing minor repairs, and escalating complex issues.

Financial Management

  • Timely processing of the monthly billing of utilities and service contractors.

  • Track the payment status of all monthly billing from RFP preparation to check release.

Coordination and Correspondence

  • Organize meetings between team members and inter-department coordination across branches.

  • Serve as a point of contact for residents regarding maintenance requests, lease inquiries, and general concerns

Job Qualification

  • Two or years of associate or technical course

  • One to three years of related work experience

  • Leadership and good interpersonal skills. Able to perform under pressure. Team Player.
