Job Description:

  • Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processing.

  • Conduct weekly cash reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation to verify the integrity of financial data.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AR/AP functions.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

  • Experience with ProfitSword and M3 Accounting Software is highly preferred.
