STORE SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.

2. Three to Five years of experience in handling store operations.

3. In-depth knowledge of customer service and leadership skills

4. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.

5. Six vacant positions are available for Inditex Brands such as Stradivarius, Pull and Bear, and Bershka.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for analyzing and targeting sales productivity. 

2. Functions as the third Manager in the store 

3. Prepares staff weekly and monthly schedules for the section assignment.

4. Monitors training of newly hired employees and is in charge of the staff performance evaluation.

5. Ensure that all the customer's requests, comments, and complaints are properly addressed.

6. Oversee the overall performance of the store section alongside the Store Manager. 

7. Monitors the in-house inventory monitoring system.
