Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Center Agent with 3-5 years of experience to handle client communication and inquiries. This role focuses on providing support and resolving issues for our clients in a non-sales capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong mind, be capable of working under pressure, and have the flexibility to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed with professionalism and promptly. This role is strictly non-sales and focuses on client support and problem resolution.

• Accurately verify and update client information as needed.

• Efficiently resolve client complaints by providing effective solutions and follow-ups.

• Maintain and prepare detailed reports on client interactions and account statuses.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service procedures and standards.
