SAMPLE COORDINATOR

Job description

Responsible for the sample request, releasing of job, monitor, updates and report status, including shipment. Their duties include the following:

• Responsible for receiving sample request from marketing

• Responsible for checking the sample request and clarify if the information is correct

• Responsible for requesting JO from commercial department

• Responsible for the queries of Marketing if there is stock available

• Monitor, coordinates and follow up production for sample status and report to requestor for the possible delay

• Communicate with requestor for any technical issues

• Prepare all necessary documentation, photos, pre shipment, etc then orgaize shipment

• Maintain record of which specific samples goes to which client or project

• Provides physical sample reference to production during actual client orders

• Responsible for updating the sample data base

• Repsonsibe for sending sample summary report (status) every week

• Perform other duties and responsibilities assign by the immediate head

Qualifications and experience

• College graduate of any course with good scholastic records. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Have initiative, self-motivation and not picky with the kind and nature of the ever-changing marketing support task.

• Dedicated to report to work on a full-time basis, willing to work overtime when needed, and preferably live closer to Mactan island.

• Very open to learning new things, being trained, and receiving constructive criticism.

• Willing to learn Microsoft Excel and other database-related software. Passion and interest to learn photography, photo and video editing skills.
