Supply Chain Manager (SCM)

Role Overview: As the SCM Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities:

1.  Supply Chain Strategy:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement processes.

2. Vendor Management:

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.

3.  Logistics and Distribution:

• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.

• Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.

4. Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process enhancement and cost reduction.

• Implement best practices to streamline supply chain operations.

5. Risk Mitigation:

• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., disruptions, shortages).

• Develop contingency plans to maintain continuity.

6.  Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of supply chain professionals.

• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

• Proven experience as an SCM Manager or similar role.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
