CASHIER SUPERVISOR

FUNCTIONS

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating other cashiers to provide excellent customer service. Monitors the performance cash registers, manages stock inventory, and resolves customer complaints & inquiries. Their duty includes recruiting and training staff, delegating tasks, evaluating performance, and conducting meetings. Handles return transactions and verifies information or data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/ College Degree in any field

• Strong knowledge of cashier operations in a supervisory role.

• Must be mature and responsible.

• Flexible & willing to undergo pressure

• Microsoft Office knowledge

• Proactive and multiskilled

• Works with integrity

• Willing to work in Cordova, Cebu
