LEASING OFFICER
Qualifications:
A graduate of any 4 year business or engineering course
With at least 2 year of relevant leasing experience
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS applications
Responsibilities:
Oversee leasing operations of the company
Liaise with tenants, broker, agents and unit owners for possible lease arrangements
In-charge of billing and monitoring commercial, residential and parking lease
In-charge of record keeping and lease contract management
Coordinates repair and maintenance job orders with the Engineering Team
