BUSINESS PROGRAM FACULTY

Education & Experienced Requirements:

• A graduate of Business Administration major in Financial Management; Marketing Management; Human Resources Management; and Office Administration

• At least a Master's degree holder aligned to the discipline, or with on-going graduate studies program

• With relevant teaching and industry experiences

Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

• Teaches according to one’s field of specialization

• Develops, enriches, and updates instructional materials.

• Prepares and submits reports.

• Initiates plans for the improvement of teaching and learning development.

• Utilizes Feedback for the improvement of instruction.

• Coordinates with the Dean/Department heads/Program coordinators in planning out the instruction-related activities.

• Conducts faculty research

• Participating in committee, departmental, faculty and university-wide meetings and activities.
