We are in urgent need of:

 

TRAINING ASSISTANT (1)

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Management or any behavioral science course

  • Experience in handling/facilitating training sessions (logistics, preparations, evaluations) is an advantage

  • Ability to communicate well and interact with others and able to express ideas effectively

  • Ability to identify potential training needs

  • Knowledgeable in creating training/presentation materials

  • Must be attentive to details, able to showcase confidence in presentation

  • Computer literate
