Is currently looking for:

TALENT ACQUISITION SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent  

• At least 2-3 years experience in recruitment or working in HR

• With progressive working experience in talent acquisition and digital marketing recruitment

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

• Experience and knowledge using the Applicant Tracking Systems

• Excellent English Communication skills both oral and written

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Adept in using MS Office applications and familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks

• High-energy driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer service mindset

• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trend
