HR MANAGER

 

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws

  • Demonstrate ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction

  • With General Knowledge of various employment Laws and practices

  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other HR recognition and engagement programs and processes.

  • Responsibility for planning, development, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation and benefits as well as the rewards and incentive programs, ensuring that the Company's total reward program is economically sound, internally equitable, and externally competitive and is designed to support that company's compensation philosophy and motivate employee performance and engagement.

  • Have the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • Experience in Crewing/Marine Industry work is an advantage

  • Excellent computer skills And knowledge in HRIS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership /supervisory experience in Human Resources positions

  • With specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety training, and preventive labor relations is preferred.

  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations

  • Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resource management

  • Service-oriented, trustworthy, with excellent spoken and written communication skills, with initiative and leadership skills, highly analytical, and with keen on details.
