• Supervise a team of service technicians and advisors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

• Oversee all service and repair work to ensure adherence to Suzuki's high standards of quality and safety.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their concerns and providing clear communication regarding service and repair work.

• Organize and prioritize daily work schedules for the service team, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.

• Address technical issues and service challenges promptly, providing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Manage and monitor parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and proper storage.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3-5 experience in automotive service, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures, ideally with experience working with Suzuki vehicles.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment and high performance.

• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns professionally.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
