Rate: $5-$6/hr Plus Commissions, and earn up to 59,000 PHP plus Commissions +/month.

    Monday Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST with 30-min paid lunch break, unpaid breaks

Qualifications

-  Minimum of 2+ years of proven sales experience in an Inside Sales Account Executive role, ideally at a SaaS company.

- Has an understanding of the MEDDIC methodology.

- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced environments.

- Demonstrable proficiency in rapid opportunity identification, customer need/pain/gain assessment, and solution-based selling techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the finesse to close deals quickly and effectively.

- Ability to negotiate on pricing, timing, and contract terms.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of sustained high-volume sales activity.

- Experience using sales tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong, etc.).

- Fast learner who can quickly ramp up company culture, product, and processes.

 

Responsibilities

- Drive new business acquisition through proactive inbound and outbound lead engagement, including targeted calls, emails, and social outreach.

- Conduct swift yet thorough qualification of prospective clients to gauge fit for our SaaS solutions, focusing on immediate needs assessment.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, address objections, and guide prospects through the sales cycle efficiently.

- Maintain a high-velocity approach, handling a substantial pipeline of opportunities simultaneously.

- Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to maximize lead conversion and optimize the sales process.

- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Accurately track and update all sales activities and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
