Monster Kitchen Iligan Branch is currently looking for a STORE SUPERVISOR!

 

Functions:

  • Oversees and supervises overall store operations which includes but not limited to the ff;

    • Meeting financial goals by analyzing variances

    • Initiating corrective actions in preparing annual budgets

    • Plotting schedule of staff to cover operating hours

    • Handle customer complaints, issues and inquiries

    • Inventory and scheduled reports

    • Monitors good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of the store

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business /Administration/Management or equivalent

  • At least 2-year experience on a similar capacity in a retail industry is required for this position

  • Required Skills: communication skills, customer service skills, management skills

  • MS Office competent

  • Honest and reliable
