CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT OFFICER FOR PAGADIAN CITY - ZAMBOANGA CITY

 

Summary of Functions

 

A Customer Development Officer establishes rapport and product confidence with customers. The position communicates the business brand and solicits customer opinions and suggestions. He/ She also maintains good customer relationships.

 

Functions

  • Contacts new customers and completes customer call sheets referring to customer satisfaction, suggestions for improved service, customer referrals, reorder reminder calls and product information.

  • Ensures that uncovered customer needs and problems are properly communicated.

  • Updates knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services and similar data as required.

  • Hitting sales target and implement systematic selling.

  • Area: will cover Pagadian City to Zamboanga City

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • College Graduate in any course but undergraduates with relevant sales experience may apply

  • With 1-3 years’ experience is an advantage in the field

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • With high sense of responsibility and integrity.
